At YellowBee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion finds aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your YellowBee account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached before placing them in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
